Booking Considerations:

Scheduling Events
Thank you for considering the music ministry of Kathy Schallert and Loud Cry Music. We are eager to hear from you, to learn about the vision behind your event, and to discuss how this ministry may fit into your plans.

Financial Considerations
We’re serving the Lord by faith and, likewise, trusting Him to meet our needs. Therefore, we do not want to charge a set fee for what we do. We view every opportunity God puts before us as a chance to minister to the body of Christ, as well as to present the Gospel to those who do not yet know Jesus. That said, and since the worker deserves his wages (Luke 10:7), we are aware of the reality of the business side of things. May we then suggest the following options as you consider the most appropriate means of compensation?

(1) Free will offering
Please prepare your people to give at a designated time of your choosing (e.g., before or after an intermission break). Please don’t deduct any expenses from it; just allow it to be an expression of their love and appreciation to the Lord and to us for our ministry.

(2) Honorarium
In addition to a freewill offering, Conference ministries, churches, and similar organizations also generally allocate a budgeted amount for the honorarium. This amount is not for us to negotiate. We will simply leave the matter between the leaders who are organizing the event and the Lord.

Expenses
When applicable, we ask that those who invite us agree to cover the following expenses:
